Accreditation

LOCAL AND U.S. ACCREDITATIONS

 

   NYIT's programs have achieved a wide accreditation profile consisting of more than 17 international accreditation agencies including the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, which is one of the most prestigious accreditation agencies in the world. In addition, its professional programs, such as Engineering and Management, are accredited by their own professional accrediting agencies.

 

In Jordan, NYIT operates through an academic agreement with one of the most reputable Jordanian universities, Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). This agreement not only symbolizes the successful cooperation between Jordanian universities and American institutions of higher learning, but also offers NYIT degrees full accreditation through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Jordan.

 

In addition, NYIT degrees maintain a rich accreditation profile throughout the Middle East region. Its degrees are fully recognized by the Ministries of Higher Education in most of the Arabian Gulf countries.

 

In New York and globally, the New York Institute of Technology is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
