Brief Background :

   Dr. Arora joined the NYIT global faculty group in 2008. He currently teaches Business Undergraduates courses in Quantitative Techniques & Organization Behaviour. He conducted a Faculty Development Programme in 2009 at School of Management, NYIT, Amman, Jordan on “ Spiritual Intelligence-The Zen Way” He conducted an Executive Development Programme in Cross cultural Management for a leading Automobile Manufacturing firm, Maruti Suzuki, India along with his colleagues. He taught Cross Cultual Management and Managing Self at Post graduate level during 2007-08 at Amity International Business School, Amity University, India.

In the same period, he also served on Research board for Amity Global Business Review, an International Research Publication, at Amity International Business School, Amity University, India. In 2003-07 he served on both academics and administrative positions at Rayat Institute of Management, Rayat and Bahra Group, Punjab, India. He was a guest faculty at Rayat Institute of Engineering and Information Technology, Punjab, India (2006-07) and Amity Institute of Information Technology, Amity University, India (2007-08).
His current research is examining the influence of Organization Climate on Employees Attitudes using the Meta -Analysis tool, and is reported in articles published in academic journals.

Currently he is concentrating on business ethics with college students focusing on the ways in which personal and business ethics are being affected by association with Zen Philosophy and Practices.

Dr. Arora received his PhD in Organizational behavior, from University of Azteca, Mexico; M.B.A. from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India; Bachelor of Engg. (Chemical) from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodra, India.
