Students have to provide:

• Passport Copy
• $100-Application Form fee
• 15 JDs-English Placement Test fee (if needed)
• Official Transcripts

Students must have one of the following :

• Tawjihi (current Ministry score in accordance with the particular major)

OR its equivalent in the following areas:

• International Baccalaureate (IB)
• IGCSE/GCE ( ‘O' Levels – ‘A' Levels)
• American High School Diploma
  

All applicants for both undergraduate and graduate NYIT programs must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Applicants are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and obtain a minimum acceptable score of 550 (213 on the new computer- based version).

As an alternative, a student may be admitted to NYIT programs based on the English proficiency Test (ESLI) administered at NYIT Amman, English Language Institute.
